Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and seller

These terms govern sales concluded between Maison Linéa (SARL (Moroccan limited liability company) with a capital of 100,000 MAD), whose registered office is at Marrakech, Morocco — Trade Register: pending registration, ICE: pending registration, tax ID: pending registration, business tax: pending registration (“Maison Linéa”), and any person placing an order via the maison-linea.com website or WhatsApp (“the customer”). Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Bed linen (50/50 polycotton) and bath linen (terry cotton) whose characteristics — fabric, weight, dimensions, pocket depth — appear on each product page. Photos are binding as to the product, not as to on-screen colour rendering. Made-to-measure items are produced to the dimensions written on the accepted quote.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes (20% VAT). The price due on delivery is the one confirmed during the WhatsApp validation of the order, plus delivery fees where applicable (19 MAD Marrakech / 39 MAD nationwide, waived above the 299 / 499 MAD thresholds; free trade delivery from 1,500 MAD). No other charge is payable.

4. Ordering and confirmation

Orders are placed without account creation or online payment. An order becomes firm only after confirmation by WhatsApp or telephone. Maison Linéa reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of prior unexplained delivery refusals, an unverifiable address or abnormal quantities, or to require a deposit in such cases.

5. Payment

Cash on delivery (COD), paid in cash upon receipt of the parcel. For trade orders: a 30% deposit from 20 pieces, 50% from 50 pieces (paid by bank transfer or cash against receipt), balance on delivery. Trade invoices state the customer’s ICE number on request.

6. Delivery

As per the delivery policy: 24-48 h in Marrakech (own team), 2-4 working days nationwide (courier). Lead times run from confirmation. A reasonable carrier delay gives no right to compensation; beyond 7 working days past the announced date, the customer may cancel free of charge.

7. Inspection, returns and warranties

The customer inspects the parcel at handover. Exchanges and returns: see Returns & Exchanges — 7 days, unwashed product in its original packaging; manufacturing defects replaced at our cost if reported within 48 hours. These provisions apply without prejudice to the legal warranties of Moroccan law, notably Law 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures.

8. Made to measure

Made-to-measure items, produced to dimensions supplied by the customer, are neither taken back nor exchanged except for a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the dimensions on the quote. A deposit is required before cutting begins.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (contact@maison-linea.com, +212 6 00 00 00 00); failing that, the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction.
