A sheet tore the night before a check-in: how fast can you help?
On in-stock references (160 and 140 fitted sheets, pillowcases, 550 g towels), a replacement within Marrakech arrives in 24 h — often the same day for an order placed in the morning on WhatsApp. That is the advantage of a workshop on the spot rather than a warehouse in Casablanca or Tangier.
Can we see and feel the linen before kitting out a whole riad?
