At 50-70% occupancy, turnovers inevitably overlap. The trade rule: one set on the bed, one in the wash, one in reserve — 3 sets per bed. Our calculator gives the exact count for your beds and your occupancy rate.
Consumer sheets give up after 40 washes
Pilling, grey veil, dead elastic: household linen is not built for a hot wash after every stay. Hotel polycotton takes 150-200 cycles — three to four times more — and barely needs ironing.
The fitted sheet that pops off the mattress corners
Moroccan mattresses run thick; a standard 25 cm pocket lets go during the night. All our fitted sheets have a 30 cm deep pocket: they wrap mattresses up to 30 cm thick without slackening.

Do you have to provide sheets in an Airbnb?
Yes — guests treat sheets and towels as an absolute given, on a par with hot water, and Airbnb lists them among essential amenities. A listing without linen provided loses bookings and collects catastrophic cleanliness scores.
How many sets of sheets does an Airbnb need?
The hotel rule: 3 sets per bed — one on, one in the wash, one in reserve. At low occupancy (under 50%) with on-site laundry, 2 sets can do. Our calculator refines the count for your beds, occupancy rate and wash rhythm.
Polycotton or 100% cotton for a short-term rental?
50/50 polycotton is the hotel choice: it dries twice as fast, barely needs ironing and takes twice as many washes as pure cotton. 100% cotton keeps the edge on feel at the very top end — under intense rotation, 50/50 wins.
