Zones, lead times and fees

Lead times run from the WhatsApp confirmation of your order, not from its entry on the site. Orders confirmed before noon generally leave the same day in Marrakech.
How it works
- Order on the site (or by WhatsApp) — no online payment at any point.
- Confirmation: we contact you by WhatsApp or phone to validate the order, the address and a time window. Nothing ships without this confirmation.
- Tracking: every step notified on WhatsApp (confirmed → in preparation → dispatched → delivered).
- Handover and payment: you check the parcel with the courier and pay the confirmed amount in cash — VAT-inclusive price, no unannounced extras.
Special cases
- Marrakech medina: delivery to the riad door; give the derb (alley) and a landmark in the order notes.
- Not home at delivery: the courier calls you; two attempts are made, after which the parcel returns to us and a redelivery is rescheduled on WhatsApp (a second-presentation fee may apply outside Marrakech).
- Large orders outside Marrakech: a deposit may be requested at confirmation (see Terms of Sale); the balance remains payable on delivery.
- Made to measure: the production time (5 to 10 days, stated on the quote) is added to the delivery time.
Inspection upon receipt
Check the condition of the parcel and the declared contents in the courier’s presence. Any damaged or incomplete parcel must be reported immediately to the courier and on WhatsApp (+212 6 00 00 00 00) — with photos. See the Returns & Exchanges page.
