Agadir is Morocco's second-largest Airbnb market — about 6,100 listings — and its 2025 was a record year: 1.5 million tourists, 6.4 to 7.5 million overnight stays. Short-term rental here is seaside and family-driven: apartments in Founty, surf houses in Taghazout, residences with pools. In Agadir the critical item is not the sheet: it is the towels. Between beach, pool and shower, a family of four easily goes through eight a day. 550 g/m² terry cotton tolerates a post-pool rinse and 60°C washes. Two rules extend their life: rinse in clear water before the laundry basket, and avoid regular bleach — use percarbonate to revive the white instead (see our whitening guide).
