Returns & Exchanges

Paying on delivery protects your purchase; this policy protects everything after. Three situations, three simple rules.

1. Refusal at delivery (before payment)

You may check the parcel with the courier: outer condition, declared contents, references. If the parcel does not match your order, refuse it and pay nothing — just let us know on WhatsApp so we can put it right. Refusing a compliant order without a valid reason remains possible, but tell us: repeated unexplained refusals may lead to a deposit being required on subsequent orders.

2. Exchange or return within 7 days (after payment)

You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange (different size or reference) or a return, under these conditions:

  • product unwashed, unused, in its original packaging with labels;
  • request initiated on WhatsApp (+212 6 00 00 00 00) with the order number.

Costs:

  • In Marrakech: our team collects the piece and delivers the exchange — collection free for a size exchange, 19 MAD for a straightforward return.
  • Outside Marrakech: return and reshipping costs (courier) are at your expense, except where the error is ours.

Refund (return without exchange): in cash at collection in Marrakech, or by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving and checking the product outside Marrakech.

For hygiene reasons, washed or used products are neither taken back nor exchanged — the universal rule of linen retail.

3. Defect or error on our part

Manufacturing defect, missing piece, wrong reference shipped: report it within 48 hours with photos on WhatsApp. Replacement at our cost, transport included, no debate — or a full refund if you prefer. A defect noticed later but clearly original (seam, fabric) is still handled case by case, in good faith: our interest is that the linen lasts.

Tips to avoid an exchange

The size guide and the order’s “notes” field prevent nearly all mistakes: measure the mattress (width × length × thickness), and the duvet for a cover. If in doubt, ask on WhatsApp before ordering — fast replies, real photos to back them up.
