Tetouan commands Morocco's most seasonal coast: Martil, M'diq, Cabo Negro and Marina Smir live ten sold-out summer weeks — northern families, Moroccans back from abroad, Casablancans on holiday — then wind down. For linen, this extreme seasonality inverts the usual logic: you don't size for the yearly average, you size for the week of August 15.
In July-August, Tetouan rotation is hotel-grade in the strict sense: week-long stays chaining with no gap day, sand everywhere, machines running non-stop. Three sets per bed and a pillowcase stock one third above normal: that is the allocation that lasts ten weeks without a panic purchase in Martil on a peak Saturday.
The flip side of seasonality is storage: nine months a year, your linen sleeps in a closed seaside apartment. Golden rules — store it washed AND perfectly dry, in covers or a closed wardrobe, away from humidity-exposed walls, and rewash the first set before the first June arrival (the shut-in smell leaves in the wash, not by airing).
Many owners manage from Casablanca or abroad: COD delivery is timed to your own May-June visit, or to your residence caretaker — agree the slot on WhatsApp, payment happens at handover.

In May, June at the latest: delivery takes 48-72 h, but you (or the caretaker) must be on site for payment on receipt. Equipping in July means equipping after your first guests.
Washed, dried to the core, folded in a closed wardrobe or storage covers, with a moisture absorber, never against a north- or sea-facing wall. Back in June: one refresh wash of the first set and the white is back in service.
Technically yes, but separate the sets: the rental demands an impeccable white at every arrival, while family use wears it unpredictably. Two sanctuarised rental sets + your family sets cost less than one bad review at peak season.
