Ordering & payment
How do I pay for my order?
On delivery, in cash, when the parcel is in your hands. This is cash on delivery (COD) — the standard way Morocco shops online, and the safest for you: you only pay for what you can see. No bank card is ever requested on the site, and nothing is paid up front.
Are the displayed prices final?
Yes. All our prices are VAT-inclusive, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD): the amount displayed is the amount you hand the courier (plus any delivery fee, shown before you confirm). Some hotel-linen suppliers advertise ex-VAT prices — always compare VAT-inclusive against VAT-inclusive.
Do I need an account to order?
No. The form fits on one page: name, phone, city, address, quantities. Two minutes is enough.
What happens after I order?
We contact you on WhatsApp (or by call) to confirm the order, the address and a delivery window. Nothing ships without that confirmation — it protects you and us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before dispatch: a WhatsApp message is enough. After dispatch you can refuse the parcel at the door, but do let us know — unannounced refusals penalise everyone.
Delivery
What are the lead times and fees?
Marrakech: 24-48 h by our own team, free from 299 MAD (otherwise 19 MAD). Rest of Morocco: 2-4 working days by courier (Amana, Cathedis or Ozone), free from 499 MAD (otherwise 39 MAD). Trade: free delivery from 1,500 MAD.
Do you deliver inside the medina?
Yes, to the riad door. Our team knows the Marrakech medina — give the derb (alley) and a landmark in the “notes” field.
How do I track my order?
Every step is notified on WhatsApp: confirmed, in preparation, dispatched, delivered. A question in between? Just reply in the same thread.
Returns & exchanges
I got the size wrong — what now?
Exchange within 7 days of delivery: the product must be unwashed, unused, in its original packaging. In Marrakech, our team collects and redelivers the right size. Outside Marrakech, reshipping costs apply (see the Returns & Exchanges page).
The delivered product has a defect — what now?
Photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours: we replace the piece at our cost, no debate. A manufacturing defect gets replaced, full stop.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes — check the outside of the parcel and the declared contents with the courier. That is the whole spirit of paying on delivery.
Sizes & products
Which fitted sheet size for my bed?
The fitted sheet size = the mattress size: 90×190/200 (single), 140×190/200 (compact double), 160×200 (≈ Queen — the Moroccan standard), 180×200 (≈ King). If in doubt, measure the mattress, not the bed frame — or send a photo on WhatsApp.
What is a “30 cm deep pocket”?
The height of the fitted sheet’s side panel: 30 cm. Our sheets hold on thick mattresses up to about 27 cm — very common in Morocco — without popping off the corners overnight.
Does polycotton feel scratchy?
No. 50/50 percale is the standard fabric of hotels worldwide: smooth and cool to the touch, it dries twice as fast as pure cotton, barely creases and lasts about twice as many washes. It is not a compromise — it is the professional’s choice.
What is the difference between a flat sheet and a duvet cover?
The flat sheet is tucked between the sleeper and the blanket — the hotel standard, faster to wash and change. The duvet cover wraps the duvet — the at-home comfort option. Many of our trade clients choose the flat sheet; households prefer the cover.
Do you make other dimensions?
Yes: 200×200, 240×260 and any non-standard size by quote — see the Custom Sizes page. That is the advantage of a workshop in Marrakech.
Care
How do I keep the linen truly white?
Wash at 40-60°C with regular detergent; use an oxygen-based whitener (percarbonate) now and then rather than routine chlorine bleach — repeated bleach burns the fibres and yellows them over time. Air-dry, but not for hours in blazing direct sun. White can be stain-treated hot with zero risk of fading: that is its whole point.
Can I wash the towels every day?
Yes, they are built for it: 550 GSM terry cotton, hotel density. Skip the fabric softener at every wash (it coats the fibres and cuts absorbency); prefer a 60°C wash and a good spin.

Do you have trade prices?
Yes, tiered and public: −5% from 5 pieces, −8% from 10, −12% from 20 (per reference). From 50 pieces: a tailored quote within 24 hours. See the Trade page.
Do you provide an invoice with an ICE number?
Yes: a Moroccan VAT invoice showing your company’s ICE (the national business identifier), plus a delivery note. Useful if you operate through a Moroccan company — you can re-invoice owners or recover the VAT.
Can I get a sample before a large order?
Yes: a fabric swatch, or the Starter Set at 279 MAD paid on delivery — its amount is deducted from your first trade order of 10 pieces or more.
Is cash on delivery possible for large trade orders?
Up to 9 pieces, yes, unconditionally. Beyond that: a 30% deposit (20-49 pieces) or 50% (50 pieces and more), balance on delivery. For a first contact, start with the sample.
