Oujda's rental market is like no other: little international tourism, but one massive, predictable peak — the summer of Moroccans living abroad. From June to August, MRE families back in the Oriental fill apartments and houses rented by the month, and everything books at once. The linen, though, has to be ready in May: at 72 h delivery, you don't restock a whole fleet mid-season.

Managing linen in Oujda: what changes here
An Oujda rental is a long stay disguised as a short one: families staying two to four weeks. Linen gets washed on site, by the tenant — so plan two complete sets per bed (one on the bed, one clean) rather than three, but complete sets: flat sheet included, because diaspora families expect the standard they know from France.
The calendar rules everything: order your allocation in April-May, before the rush. A 3-apartment fleet equipped off-season costs the same as in July, but it arrives in a calm 72 h instead of landing after your first guests.
The Oriental is Morocco's least-served region for professional linen: everything transits through Casablanca or imports. COD settles the trust question at a distance — you pay only when the parcel is handed over — and an invoice is available for those managing several properties as a family.

Do MRE tenants really need a flat sheet?
Yes — it's the detail that gets noticed: families used to European standards expect the full bed — fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet cover or blanket, two pillowcases. Our hotel sets include the flat sheet, unlike two-piece retail sets.
Do you deliver to Saïdia and Berkane in season?
Yes, the whole Oriental is covered by Amana with the same lead times (72 h). For a Saïdia residence rented in summer, apply the same rule: full allocation delivered in May, with refills (fitted sheets, pillowcases) kept as buffer stock on site.
