Privacy Policy

The processing of your personal data by Maison Linéa (“Maison Linéa”) is carried out in accordance with Law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data — Morocco’s data protection law — and under the supervision of the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel, the national data protection authority). CNDP declaration: declaration pending.

Data we collect

When you order or request a quote, we collect only what is necessary:

  • identification and delivery: first and last name, phone, city, delivery address, delivery notes;
  • businesses: company name, ICE number, billing address;
  • communications: WhatsApp messages, emails and calls related to your orders;
  • browsing: technical and statistical data via cookies and audience-measurement tools (see “Cookies”).

No banking data is collected: payment is made on delivery, in cash.

Purposes

Your data is used exclusively to: process and deliver your orders (including the WhatsApp confirmation), issue quotes and invoices, handle exchanges and returns, prevent fraud (repeated unfulfilled orders), and — with your consent — inform you of our offers. It is never sold to third parties.

Recipients

Access to your data, strictly within their duties: our team, our partner couriers (Amana, Cathedis, Ozone — name, phone and address only), and our technical providers (hosting, analytics). WhatsApp is operated by Meta; exchanges there are subject to its own terms.

Retention periods

Order and invoicing data: statutory accounting and tax periods in force. Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact. Browsing data: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

Under Law 09-08, you have rights of access, rectification and objection regarding the processing of your data. To exercise them: contact@maison-linea.com or +212 6 00 00 00 00, with proof of identity. Response within 30 days. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

Cookies

The site uses technical cookies (operation) and audience-measurement cookies. You can refuse them via the consent banner or your browser settings; refusing them does not prevent you from ordering.
