Hotel White Fitted Sheets, 30 cm Deep Pocket

The fitted sheet is the piece that works hardest: laid, pulled, washed, it is the first to die in any bedding set. Ours are cut in Marrakech from 50/50 hotel-white polycotton — the fabric hotels use precisely because it takes repeated washing — with a 30 cm deep pocket and all-around elastic that hold on the thick mattresses common in Morocco, where regular retail sheets pop off the corners.

Choosing your size

Measure the mattress, not the bed frame: width × length, and thickness if it exceeds 25 cm.

If you hesitate between two sizes (a 155 cm mattress, say), take the smaller one: the deep pocket absorbs differences in thickness, not in width.

Why a 30 cm pocket changes everything

A standard 20-25 cm pocket on a thick 25-27 cm Moroccan mattress: the sheet pops off during the night and the bed looks unmade by morning. The 30 cm pocket wraps the mattress and stays taut — the detail Airbnb hosts discover right after their first bad review about the bedding.
