Cash on delivery (COD)
COD — cash on delivery — means paying for the order in cash, to the courier, at the moment the parcel is received. It is the dominant payment method of Moroccan e-commerce: 83.8% of online buyers use it (ANRT ICT survey 2024), far ahead of card payment.
COD is not just a payment method, it is a guarantee: you pay only after seeing the parcel — the exact antidote to the "photo ≠ product" fear. With us it applies to every standard order; open the parcel on receipt, check, then pay. Large trade orders may prefer a quote, a deposit and a bank transfer with invoice: both circuits coexist.
