A well-run studio turns over faster than a villa: short stays, frequent changeovers, tight margins. That is exactly where 3-set rotation pays off — no more drying a sheet with a hairdryer at midnight, no check-in delayed by the laundry.

The host's calculation
Linen pays for itself in cost per wash, not purchase price: hotel polycotton lasting twice the cycles of a consumer sheet costs less per booked night — and never shows up in a negative review. Add a Bath Duo per guest for the bathroom.
