Caring for white
Wash at 40-60°C; iron or press without special precautions. If you outsource laundry, insist on active-oxygen whitening rather than routine chlorine: your white stock will age twice as well.

Does the 240×280 fit a 160 (Queen) bed? A 180 (King)?
Both — and a 140 double too. On a 160×200 it leaves 40 cm to tuck on each side; on a 180, 30 cm — still enough for a clean tuck. It is the all-purpose format of hotel linen rooms.
Why do hotels use flat sheets instead of duvet covers?
Speed of changeover, lighter washing, easy pressing, a crisp square bed: at the scale of dozens of rooms, duvet covers cost too much time. The flat sheet is the worldwide hotel standard.
Will it survive an industrial laundry?
Yes: 50/50 polycotton is the fabric engineered for pressing machines and professional cycles, and our straight hems are sewn to go through them. What costs money is cheap hems failing — not the washing.
